＜チケット制を導入＞2024年 白川郷ライトアップイベント

白川郷の冬の風物詩、第38回（2024）白川郷ライトアップイベントが以下の日程で開催されます。
こちらのイベントは「完全事前予約制」と今回から新たに「チケット制」を加えて実施しますのでご注意ください。

The 38th (2024) Shirakawa-go Light-up Event, a winter highlight of Shirakawa-go, will take place on the following dates. Please note that this event will be organized both under 'full advance booking system' and the new 'admission ticket system' from this event.

• Please be sure to make the reservation in advance and purchase the event admission ticket. Without the ticket, you will be asked to leave. 
• Tickets will not be sold on the day of the event.

変更内容, Details of change

①入場チケット制の導入

完全事前予約制に加え、参加資格の有無を確認するため、「入場チケット制」を導入します。

• 入場チケットは、当日の駐車場受付と引き換えにお渡しします
• 荻町集落内にチケット確認用のための入場ゲートを３か所（荻町交差点付近、みだしま駐車場付近、であい橋付近）設置する見込みです

②駐車場予約受付回数の拡充／受け入れ人数の拡充

• 前回は9月の１回のみだった予約受付を、今回は9月、11月、12月の３回に拡充します
  1回目募集：2023年9月10日の13時00分から販売開始
  2回目募集：2023年11月1日から販売開始
  3回目募集：2023年12月1日から販売開始
  ※予約は一社）白川郷観光協会ホームーページからお願い致します。
• 1回あたりの受け入れ人数を前回の3,000人程度から4,000人程度に拡充します

③料金改定

上記①②の実施にあたり、運営コストが増すことから、イベント参加の駐車場料金を改定します。

• 1回目募集：5,000円
• 2回目募集：5,500円
• 3回目募集：6,000円

(1)Introduction of an admission ticket system

In addition to the 'full advance booking system,' an 'admission ticket system' will be introduced to confirm eligibility.
Entrance tickets will be provided on the day of the event at the reception desk at the designated parking lot.
Three entry gates will be placed in the village for ticket verification reasons.

(2)Extension of event booking period

The booking process, which was previously only available in September, will now be expanded to three times in September, November and December.

(3)Rate revision

Due to the increased operating costs involved in implementing (1) and (2) above, parking fees for event participation will be revised.

• 1st online booking (available from 13.00 on 10th September): 5,000 jpy
• 2nd online booking (available from 1st November): 5,500 jpy
• 3rd online booking (available from 1st December): 6,000 jpy
